Traineeships

Trainees are engaged from time to time to provide pathways for unskilled individuals into employment.

Trainees are enrolled in a traineeship relevant to their work area during their trainee employment.

On completion of their traineeship and obtaining a qualification, trainees are, generally, appointed in an ongoing capacity. In some cases, our trainees have been promoted to higher positions, if such positions are available.

We require a satisfactory police check and a probationary employment period applies to trainees.
