Staff employed through the program are qualified and experienced Early Childhood professionals. The Network Group is made up of Early Childhood, Community Development and Health professionals from local community organisations addressing family issues within the community.

The Richardson Family Links Program works with the Richardson Early Childhood Centre to meet the National Childcare Accreditation Council’s Quality Improvement and Accreditation System principles and addresses the Canberra Social Plan and ACT Children’s Plan’s intended outcomes.
