Drop-in Centres

The Tuggeranong and Weston Creek Youth Centres are operated by Communities@Work Youth Services. These facilities provide a safe and relaxed environment where young people can access support, information, and recreational activities.

Our youth centres are fully supervised by qualified and friendly youth workers.
Facilities and free activities at the Centres include:

• information on matters affecting young people;
• referral to other forms of assistance;
• support and guidance (writing resumes, homework support, social and relationship support, accommodation, employment);
• free meals at Tuggeranong Youth Centre every night of operation and Friday nights at Weston Creek Youth Centre;
• pool tables;
• table tennis table;
• internet computers;
• xbox game facilities;
• table soccer;
• basketball games;
• art and craft activities;
• guitars;
• free condoms and information on sexual health; and
• other structured recreational activities.
