Organisational Structure
A Board of Directors consisting of 8 volunteer community members and the Chief Executive Officer provides corporate governance and strategic direction to the organisation.
Communities@Work has some 300 paid staff, 150 volunteers and around 170 self-employed family day carers.
During the first half of 2008 the Chief Executive Officer is implementing a new management structure, based on the grouping of functions into three major Divisions, each under the management of an Executive Director:
- Children's Services and Family Programs
- Community Services
- Strategic Development and Corporate Administration
