An exciting, supportive program full of fun, learning, and community adventures during school holidays.

Who Attends?

Teens aged 13–17 with low to moderate disability support needs (support ratios 1:1, 1:2, 1:3).

What We Do

A fun, supportive place with a mix of social and recreational activities in the centre and out in the community  

  • Social and recreational activities in the community  
  • Independent Living Skills: Self Care, Home Skills, Community Skills, Leisure Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Basic Work Skills
  • Cooking, art, games and skill building
  • Fun, structured group activities and relaxation time

When?

Monday to Friday, 8:30pm – 5:30pm (ACT school holidays: January (all weeks), April, July, October (both weeks))

What We Supply

All key details are listed on the School Holiday Program (SHP) calendar. When an excursion is planned, the cost will be clearly shown. If lunch is provided on the day, this will also be noted.

In most cases, clients should bring a hat, a drink bottle, morning tea, and lunch. Afternoon tea is prepared during a fun cooking activity, supporting the development of independent living skills for people with disability.
