Language Workshop with Thunderstone Aboriginal Cultural Services
This workshop is open to anyone in the Canberra community.
Presented by Thunderstone, this 2-hour workshop is designed to teach an Acknowledgement of Country in Ngunawal language – the language of the traditional inhabitants of the ACT and surrounds.
The session also includes an overview of when it is appropriate to do an Acknowledgement of Country as well as a brief history of the Ngunawal language.
