Our Strategic Plan for 2024-2029 is the result of the hard work and collective vision of our Executive Team, Board, and staff who have contributed with their valuable insights and expertise. It sets the course for the next five years and reflects our unwavering commitment to being community-focused and person-centred in everything we do.

Our new vision, “Our community is connected and thriving,” captures our long-term aspiration. It guides our efforts as we work towards a future where every member of our community feels connected and supported.

Our purpose, “We are community-focused, and person-centred in meeting diverse community needs,” defines why we exist. It is the core of our identity and serves as a constant reminder of our commitment to our community.

One of the most exciting changes we’re introducing with this plan is our new set of values—Compassion, Quality, Collaboration, Learning, and Safety. These values are more than just words; they are the principles that will guide our actions and decisions as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. They reflect the beliefs that drive us and will help us achieve our vision, ensuring that we stay true to our mission as we grow and evolve.
