We have three rooms for hire to suit groups of all sizes:
- Lakeview Room: Our biggest space, holding up to 108 people—great for conferences, larger events and exercise or dance classes.
- Balcony Room: A medium-sized room for up to 43 people, ideal for workshops or small gatherings.
- Jetty Room (with screen): A cosy option for up to 12 people, perfect for meetings or presentations.

Priority is given to community groups, not-for-profit organisations or groups providing activities open to the general public.
Please note that Communities at Work has a no-alcohol policy for all room hires.
All rooms are multipurpose with tables and chairs available.

Hours
The centre is open Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4.30 pm. Venue hirers can access the premises 7 days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm, during their booking times.
