Whistleblower Information and Disclosure

We encourage the reporting of any conduct that may be unethical, illegal, or contrary to our values and policies. We are dedicated to protecting the rights and confidentiality of whistleblowers in accordance with our Whistleblower Policy, and we ensure that all disclosures are treated seriously, respectfully, and fairly. 

Who are eligible whistleblowers? 

You must be a current or former Company Director, employee, contracted service provider, volunteer, or a relative of an individual as outlined in the Whistleblower Policy. 

How to Make a Report 

You may wish to  use the notification form below to make a confidential report. 

You can also make a confidential report via email: whistleblower@commsatwork.org but please make sure you include the following in your email to assist us in assessing and properly investigating the matter: 

  • Your name and contact deails, unless you want to be anonymous 
  • Details of the alleged wrongdoing 
  • If you think the alleged wrongdoing could be considered corrupt conduct 
  • Who committed the alleged wrongdoing 
  • When and where did it occur 
  • Any supporting documentation and/or any witnesses 

Confidentiality and Anonymity 

Communities at Work is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all whistleblower reports, in line with legal requirements. Whistleblowers may choose to remain anonymous when making a disclosure. If anonymity is chosen, we will respect this unless required by law to disclose information. 

Please note: Anonymous reports may limit our ability to provide updates or outcomes to the whistleblower.
