We offer venue hire services in three locations in Canberra: Gungahlin, Tuggeranong and Denman Prospect. Please note that Communities at Work has a no-alcohol policy for all room hires. Please call 02 6293 6500 to check room hire availability.
Gungahlin and Tuggeranong Community Centres

Gungahlin Community Centre:
47 Ernest Cavanagh Street, Gungahlin
The Tuggeranong Community Centre has a large function room (Lakeview) with a capacity of 108 people (in the current COVID-19 restrictions), and a smaller meeting room (Balcony) with a capacity of 43 people available.
The Gungahlin Community Centre has two meeting rooms available with a capacity of 15 people (meeting room 1) and 7 people (meeting room 2) respectively.
Access to kitchen and toilet facilities (including baby change room and disabled toilet) are available and all rooms have wheelchair access.
Denman Village Community Centre
Denman Village Community Centre: 5 Felstead Vis, Denman Prospect
The Denman Village Community Centre opened in March 2022 and is the first purpose-built community and function facility in the Molonglo Valley. It has 6 rooms catering from 10 to 150 people, perfect for your event.
Available for hire seven days a week, the Denman Village Community Centre caters for community, corporate and other events, with all rooms having their own kitchenettes and AV equipment.
Priority is given to community groups, not-for-profit organisations or groups providing activities open to the general public.
All rooms have tables and chairs available.
