Donations list: A list of suggested food and gifts to donate. (please note: new gifts only, not second-hand).
Poster: Print out and display our Giving Tree posters to promote your drive – one poster for a FOOD drive, one for a GIFT drive, and one for both FOOD AND GIFTS. We’ve also provided some white space at the bottom of each poster for you to write in the location of your Giving Tree or any other instructions for your work/school community. The posters are provided in both a light and a dark version – use the light one if you want to save ink!
Suggested ad text: Download our suggested ad text for your newsletter, website, intranet, social media, and other channels, to let people know your drive is on. Spread the message as far and wide as you can!
Graphics/Images: Download the provided image to use with your ad text and promotion notices.

Decide when you will hold your donation drive (start and finish dates). As we support people throughout December, we would appreciate early collections, rather than everything arriving the week before Christmas!
Organise to get the donations to Communities@Work. You can either drop them off yourself at our Tuggeranong or Gungahlin sites or contact us to pick them up for you. Make sure you have registered to host a giving tree hereso we can make the necessary arrangements (and so that we know you’re doing this awesome thing for the community)!
Even if you don’t have a tree, you can set up a table or a box and run a donation drive for Christmas to collect food and gifts.
