Transport

We provide an ACT wide, door to door community transport service to maximise client independence and to support their community access needs. Our team of experienced drivers transport clients with a fleet that includes a number of sedans and larger modified vehicles that support mobility needs and wheelchair access.

During the time of COVID-19, we’re continuing to provide our community transport services with increased hygiene and social distancing practices. At this time our capacity is reduced due to social distancing and passenger limits.

Community Transport

Our community transport services are a lifeline for many people.  We assist clients to maintain independence and confidence by transporting them to medical appointments, social and community activities and shopping centres.

Our community transport services are provided Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm, across Canberra. Our experienced Transport team can assist with eligibility, service and booking information. Bookings are essential for all transport services.

We can also provide transport to NDIS participants who have a current plan that covers the provision of this service.

All transport is subject to availability and advanced bookings are required.
