Start a career in the early education and care sector with our industry-leading traineeship Ascend Program. Selected candidates will join Communities at Work as early childhood educator trainees (paid full time), working in our Early Education Centres while studying a nationally recognised entry-level qualification in Early Education and Care with CPLE. Our Ascend Program intakes only happen twice a year and are a unique opportunity to earn while you learn.
