Communities at Work

Here’s a way to address the workforce crisis. CPLE is launching a new coaching project called Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND). It’s for 10 students enrolled in the  Certificate III (CHC30121) or Diploma (CHC50121) of Early Childhood Education and Care.

On September 5th, we welcomed four new coaches, and one more is coming. These coaches will help educators improve their reading, writing, math, and computer skills while they study. This aims to address the workforce crisis by increasing the skills of educators entering our sector.

This project receives funding support from the ACT Government through the Skilled to Succeed Innovation grants program.
