Growing great leaders
Our Children’s Service’s leadership teams recently came together for “Ignite Your Team” – an inspiring day of training, presented by Anthony Semann, from Semann and Slattery. They came away with plenty of exciting ideas to promote and encourage:
- Leader wellbeing
- Beyond spotfire management
- Building on and noticing strengths
- Ways to motivate and inspire developing leaders
- Beyond leadership and followship and moving towards ‘us-ship’
The day was full of thought-provoking and motivating opportunities. Anthony offered wonderful new ways of re-thinking our own leadership styles, as well as growing those qualities within our teams. The day was full of insightful conversations and laughs. We could not have asked for a better day of Professional Development. Just ask our participants:
