My son had been attending Ngunnawal Childcare and Education Centre since he was three years old. The childcare has a group of caring and motivated teachers. The team put in hard work to improve the children’s skills. We have noticed program is multicultural which helps the children understand various cultures around the world. the centre is a family friendly environment. The manager greets us with a smile and always takes time to ask about our day. The educators also greets you with a big smile and kids with cuddles when the family enters the room. In the morning when there is a hurry to proceed to work the educators always take an effort to take the child from you and make them comfortable by giving cuddles to them and providing various activities of their choices.
Our son has transitioned through different rooms in the centre. We have seen that the manager takes a lot of care in the transitioning. The efforts are put in by the Manager to move the educators with the children in the room wherever possible so that the children are comfortable and transition smoothly.
We are very happy with the service and our son is always happy when he comes home.
